I am currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Political Science at the University of Pittsburgh.  My research interests include American politics, judicial politics, representation, political behavior, and public opinion.  My research has appeared in political science journals, including American Politics Research, Vanderbilt Law Review, and Justice System Journal (forthcoming).

Prior to entering the doctoral program at Pitt, I received my MPA from Eastern Michigan University and my BA from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.
